When buffalo look pretty

Last Saturday I was lucky enough to have Steve in town and so we headed up to Antelope Island State Park. The migrating birds have pretty much thinned out but the island is at its prettiest. A gate that’s usually closed was open and so like the opportunists that we are, we ventured on to the dirt road and discovered the south end of the island.

And that’s when we stumbled upon these buffalo. Of course, buffalo are all over the island and they’re not a new discovery for us, but when buffalo look pretty you don’t need more words.  Just pictures.
